  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • If the activity cannot operate due to severe weather or unsafe trail conditions, guests may reschedule or receive a refund.
  • Light rain generally does not result in cancellation and may be part of the ATV experience.
