  • Trekking usually begins very early in the morning or before midnight, depending on the selected route.
  • Wear proper trekking shoes with good grip.
  • Warm clothing or a light jacket is recommended because temperatures can be cold at higher elevations.
  • Bring sunscreen, a hat, and additional drinking water if needed.
  • The trail can be steep, rocky, and slippery, especially during wet weather.
  • This activity is not recommended for guests with serious heart, respiratory, knee, or mobility problems.
  • Children should only participate if they are physically capable of completing a demanding trek.
  • Trekking routes and summit access may change depending on weather, volcanic activity, religious ceremonies, or local regulations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trekking schedule.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • If the trek cannot operate because of severe weather, unsafe trail conditions, volcanic activity, or official restrictions, guests may reschedule or receive a refund.
  • Sunrise visibility cannot be guaranteed because it depends on weather conditions.
